Medicruiter aims to holistically improve life in care for everyone involved. Our aim is to create a smooth, transparent, unbureaucratic and fair service. Medicruiter takes over all relevant processes and tasks to ensure that foreign nursing staff are fully operational from their first day of work. To this end, medicruiter only recruits highly qualified nurses with a university degree who are proficient in their profession, have the necessary nursing talent, intend to stay in Germany for a long time and are a good fit for the respective facility. In addition, medicruiter ensures that the nursing staff have a good language level, which goes beyond a mere B2 certificate. Through targeted preparation and training, we enable prompt professional recognition. Systematic matching between clients and candidates ensures a perfect fit.
Medicruiter recruits nurses from Latin America, the Philippines and India. In their home countries, the nurses are systematically and comprehensively prepared for life in Germany. Integration is also further supported in Germany.
We fulfill the special responsibility we have towards our candidates by, among other things, consistently adhering to a no-fee policy that follows the employer pays principle. This means that our candidates must not incur any financial costs in the placement process.
